Steve Harvey breaks his silence on wife cheating rumors – confirms what we all suspected

Steve Harvey has been married to his wife Marjorie Bridges Harvey for over 16 years. The couple tied the knot in 2007, and while it was Steve’s third marriage, it was the first for Marjorie.

Now some rumors are trying to allege that there is discord in their marriage. Keep reading to learn more…

Steve Harvey first met Marjorie Bridges Harvey in a comedy club in 1990. While they dated for a while, it did not amount to anything and fizzled out quite quickly. But the couple reconnected during Steve’s tumultuous divorce with Mary L. Vaughn in 2005.

Steve married Marjorie in 2007. Their marriage created their blended family, which included seven children in total — Brandi, Karli, Broderick, Wynton, Morgan, Jason and Lori — as well as their seven grandchildren.

They recently celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary. The couple went all out and did a photoshoot to mark the occasion at Lake Como in Italy. They wore curated looks by stylist Elly Karamoh. The two of them shared footage of them during the photoshoot on their social media. Marjorie wore a backless YSL gown with a thigh-high leg slit. She paired it with a fur-trimmed cape. In the posts she can be seen posing against a windowsill before she walked downstairs and exchanged loving kisses with her husband. Steve was sporting a custom gold tweed blazer by Dolce & Gabbana layered over a flowy white set by Loewe.
While the videos seemed ethereal, on social media a storm was brewing against the couple. Recently, some allegations about the Family Feud host and his wife started making rounds on ‘X’ (formerly known as Twitter). The unsubstantiated rumors asserted that Harvey’s wife Marjorie was cheating on him with his bodyguard and personal chef.

Steve Harvey, who was scheduled for an appearance in Atlanta, took the opportunity to clear the air. The 66-year-old noted that both he and his wife were “fine.”
In a video shared on TikTok from the event, the 66-year-old television host said to the crowd, “Before I get started, just let me say I’m fine.” He added, “We’re fine. I don’t know what y’all doing but find something else to do because we’re fine. Lord have mercy. Man, I ain’t got no time for rumors and gossip. God’s been good to me, I’m still shining.”

While Marjorie also decided to clear the air on her end. She took to Instagram to post a screenshot of a website that advised people on what to do if they are being ‘lied about.’ The screenshot featured a quote from the book of Peter: “When they hurled their insults at him, he did not retaliate; when he suffered, he made no threats. Instead, he entrusted himself to him who judges justly.
In the caption, she wrote, “My husband and I don’t usually stop to address all the foolishness and lies that have been spread about us. However, to whom much is given much is required. I understand that with my platform comes some sort of responsibility to those that may not be as strong as we are. Read and share this with your love ones that may not know how to properly cope. God Bless all of you.”
